I placed my order, but haven't received a confirmation email?

Firstly, try checking your Junk Email / Spam folder as often Email Accounts have filters in place, which can mistakenly redirect your emails here. If you still haven't located our Order Confirmation email, give our friendly staff a call, and we will be happy to check for you whether your order has arrived successfully.

I submitted my details using the "Forgotten Password" link, and haven't received my password reset email?

Firstly, try checking your Junk Email / Spam folder as often Email Accounts have filters in place, which can mistakenly redirect your emails here. If you still haven't located our Password Reset email, chances are the email address used when registering your account is incorrect and you will need to re-register your Account with your correct email address.

What happens if I'm not home when my parcel arrives?

All Courier dispatched parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home when your parcel arrives, the Courier will hold the parcel and leave contact details for you to arrange re-delivery at a later time/day. Alternatively upon placing your order, you may choose to have your parcel delivered to a workplace address if you will not be home when your parcel arrives.

I've just received my order, but I have wrong or damaged products?

I've received my order, but I've changed my mind. Can I return the order, and what happens next?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, and your product is in original unopened condition, we will happily accept your return within 120 days of purchase, and issue you with a credit voucher, no questions asked! Just email our friendly customer service team using the contact form. Your credit will be applied to your account once returned goods are received.

120 Day Returns Policy Terms & Conditions:

  • Product must be returned and arrive back to us in original new condition, including unopened packaging and contents.
  • You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation before returning goods to us.
  • 120 Day Policy starts from the date the goods were ordered.
  • On receipt of your returned goods, the items will be inspected to ensure the above conditions are met for a credit to be issued. If goods are found to be damaged, opened or not in resaleable condition, goods will be re-posted to you at your expense and no credit will be issued.
  • Return shipping/postage is at the expense of the customer.

I've just ordered something from your site, and have just seen it advertised cheaper elsewhere. Can you match it?

  • A Competitor's price must be notified within 24 hours after making a purchase, for a price match to be applied

I just received a Gift Voucher to use on your site. How do I use it?

Just register with us, place your order, and during the Checkout process, type in your unique voucher code into the Redeem Voucher area. It's that easy! If there is more to pay, you will see the balance and can make payment by your chosen payment method. If you don't use the full amount on the Gift Voucher this time, make sure you hold onto it, and use the balance on your next order.

What if I don't want to register as a customer, or don't have the time right now? Can I still buy something?

Absolutely. S+S Hair.Beauty appreciates your business and would love for you to place an order. Just browse our online store, add items to your cart and Checkout as a guest.

Just keep in mind for next time, registering as a customer is a great idea! An account will save you time when you shop, as your delivery details will be saved for you. You will also have access to exclusive Member Benefits. S+S Hair.Beauty will never share your personal information.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Our payment system is as safe as any bank. That's because it's hosted by a bank, and backed by their stringent security standards. At no time does S+S Hair.Beauty have access to your payment details and we do not hold them on our site.
